Refund Policy
At PrereqCourses.com we strive to provide flexible options for our students. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity regarding withdrawals and refunds:

Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If a student withdraws before the course begins, they are entitled to a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

Withdrawal Within 6 Days of Course Start: If a student withdraws no later than the 6th day of the starting month and has not completed any assignments, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.

Withdrawal Within 12 Days of Course Start: If a student withdraws no later than the 12th day of the starting month and has not completed any assignments, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $150 processing fee.

After 12 Days or Assignment Completion: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 12 days from the course start date or if the student has completed any assignments, whichever occurs first.

Changing courses: Students can change courses up to 12 days as long as they have not done any assignments in the course.
*As noted, once an assignment has been submitted, the course is no longer eligible for any refund.*
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@prereqcourses.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
